Chak De…!!

Recently, I watched the movie “Chak De India” during a flight. Friends, each of us has a “Kabir Khan” within us, but it’s crucial to constantly check whether he is awake or dormant. If you want to win the ‘World Cup of Life,’ your inner Kabir must never fall asleep. Only by keeping him awake can we succeed; otherwise, the negative forces around us will consume us.
In the movie, society, the media, and people around Kabir unjustly label him a “traitor” without understanding his actions. Some even say he should have left during the Partition. People rush to judge and convict before knowing the truth. Despite the principle that everyone is innocent until proven guilty, Kabir is condemned and punished by society.
This scenario is familiar to many innocent people who face harsh judgment without reason. In daily life, if you find yourself in trouble, people around you, including those pretending to be friends, quickly label you a traitor. These situations occur often, but it’s essential to ensure our inner Kabir never becomes dormant. When faced with difficulties, people make assumptions and declare you guilty without understanding the full story.
In the student phase, for example, if you struggle with a subject and seek help, instead of receiving support, you are often demotivated. People suggest you should have changed your branch earlier rather than helping you overcome your difficulties. You must have the determination to succeed in the same branch and prove these naysayers wrong. Success requires honest effort and hard work.
People label and accuse based on limited understanding. Their accusations should not deter you. Kabir, in “Chak De India,” doesn’t waste time explaining himself but immerses himself in his work. Similarly, we should not waste time responding to false accusations. The negativity will dissipate over time, and we should focus on our work.
In the movie, a child asks his father to show him a “traitor,” and the father points to Kabir, reflecting societal ignorance. Parents often fail to nurture their children’s innocence, instead fostering competition and negative traits. It’s crucial to preserve innocence, as it is a timeless quality.
Someone enthusiastically writes “traitor” outside Kabir’s house, but Kabir remains calm, knowing many such incidents will occur. Similarly, we should stay focused on our goals despite unexpected challenges. These labels and accusations will eventually fade away as we achieve success.
Kabir’s determination to lead the girls’ hockey team to the World Cup shows his confidence and passion. We should emulate Kabir’s confidence and strength in our daily lives. Only by being strong can we confidently navigate new fields. Kabir takes on challenges that others fear, showing that he can succeed.
Likewise, we should have the energy and determination to tell those who doubt us, “I will do it….!!” Our actions should reflect our resolve. When we achieve success, those who doubted us will acknowledge our accomplishments.

Motivational Insight from “Chak De India”
“Chak De India” teaches us the power of perseverance and unity. Kabir Khan’s journey is a testament to overcoming adversity with determination and integrity. His unwavering belief in his team, despite the odds, reminds us that success is achieved through hard work, resilience, and a never-give-up attitude.
Let’s channel our inner Kabir Khan, face our challenges head-on, and strive for excellence in everything we do. Believe in yourself, stay committed, and remember, the world respects those who fight for their dreams with unwavering determination.
This is not the end of the story… we will continue…!!
